Your
new puppy comes with a veterinarian examination, current vaccinations
and deworming schedule and dew claws removed, and a health contract.
Each puppy is socialized and ready for its new family.
All of our puppies are guaranteed to be in good health and free from
visible signs of infection, contagious or communicable diseases when
purchased. We guarantee the puppy to be free from any LIFE-THREATENING
congenital defects for 1 year from the date of birth.
A licensed veterinarian must examine the puppy within 72 hours of
delivery. If there is a problem with the health of the puppy, our
veterinarian will interpret the report and if he concurs, then a
replacement puppy will be given. There will be NO CASH OR CREDIT
refunds. We offer replacement puppies only. If you fail to have your
puppy checked by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery,
we the seller, assume no further responsibility.
We must be notified at once at the onset of any LIFE THREATENING
problem, in writing, with a report from your veterinarian. If the puppy
is proved to have a LIFE THREATENING congenital defect within 1 year
and is returned to us, all shipping charges are the responsibility of
the purchaser. All vet charges incurred by the purchaser are the sole responsibility
of the purchaser and will under no circumstances be paid by us.
There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental
factors, for example: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange,
and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee.
Trauma to the hips is not covered by the contract but genetic defects
are.
Our puppies are sold as sound puppies. We do not guarantee your puppy
to be able to sire or whelp puppies and there is no way to be able to
guarantee that the dog will be of show quality, it is to hard at a
young age to guarantee that the dog will be a point earning show
prospect. They come from a line of dogs that are show animals but there
is never any guarantee that an individual dog will be a show animal.
Please do not take your puppy into public places unless absolutely
necessary, until the puppy has had all its vaccinations (as recommended
by your veterinarian) to insure immunity against disease.
We know that you and your new puppy will spend many fun filled years
together and we are glad to have our new puppy owners as our extended
puppy families. We try to be available 24/7 for our puppy owners if
something arises or there is a question. If for any reason you are
unable to keep a puppy we do offer to try to find you a suitable home
for the puppy we would NEVER wont one of our puppies in a shelter or
rescue.
